Leading blockchain game development and building an NFT pre-sale site
At a blockchain game company within a major IT group, we served as the game's technical director (leading development) and operations director. We also handled every part of the web app for the NFT pre-sale.
Background
A blockchain game needs more than the game itself: it also needs systems for handling in-game items and characters as NFTs, and for selling them. Development and preparations for operations have to move forward under a single direction.
What we did
As technical director, we led development as a whole, and as operations director, we also prepared for operations.
RG handled the entire build of the NFT pre-sale web app, which was designed for real NFT transactions.
Result
From 2023 to 2024, we led development and prepared for operations, and built the web app for the NFT pre-sale. In this project, we handled game development and the web systems around it as one.
