From consultation to life after launch

  1. STEP 01

    Consultation

    Contact us through the inquiry form or by phone (weekdays 10:00–19:00 JST). Consultations and estimates are free. We start by asking which tasks are taking effort and what you'd like to change. It's fine if your requirements aren't settled or you don't have documents ready.

  2. STEP 02

    Workflow review & proposal

    Based on what we hear, we map your current workflow and its challenges. We look at where a system would make the biggest difference and whether your existing tools can be reused, then propose a scope and approach. Rather than building everything at once, we may suggest a phased plan with clear priorities.

  3. STEP 03

    Estimate & contract

    We provide an estimate based on the proposal. Together we choose the contract type that fits your goals: a fixed-price contract, a monthly maintenance and operations contract, or technical advisory. Once you're satisfied with the scope and price, we sign the contract. We can also sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) if needed.

  4. STEP 04

    Design & development

    The person who took your inquiry handles design and development. We show you working screens and features as early as possible and refine them as you try them out. Whenever we notice something or a decision is needed, we raise it with you at that point.

  5. STEP 05

    Launch & operations

    We launch after testing. After launch, a monthly maintenance and operations contract lets you keep bug fixes and improvements going. Requests that come up once you start using the system are handled by the same person who built it, so you never have to re-explain the background.

Contract types

Fixed-price contract

We agree on what to build and the scope up front, then deliver the development as a single package. Because requirements, deadline, and price are agreed in advance, budgeting is straightforward. Well suited to building new business systems, websites, and apps.

A good fit when

  • You have a fairly clear idea of what you want to build and its scope
  • You want the budget and deadline fixed up front
  • You want to launch a new system or website in one go

Once requirements and scope are set, we quote a price for the deliverables.

Monthly maintenance & operations contract

We look after your live system or website on a monthly basis. Bug fixes, minor changes, and server operations are handled by the person who knows the development history. The scope is agreed when you sign the contract.

A good fit when

  • You want to keep using the system with peace of mind after launch
  • You want someone to handle small changes and updates on a regular basis
  • No one in-house can look after the system

We quote a monthly fee based on the scope and nature of the work.

Technical advisory

Rather than development itself, this contract supports your technical decisions and planning. You can consult us on a regular basis about system architecture, how to use the cloud, how to adopt AI, how to run in-house development, and more.

A good fit when

  • You want advice on system architecture or technology choices
  • Your in-house development team would benefit from an outside perspective
  • You're considering adopting AI or the cloud

We provide an estimate after hearing how often you'd like to consult us and on what topics.

  • * You can talk to us even before your requirements are settled. We'll work through your workflow with you.
  • * Consultations and estimates are free. It's fine if it ends with just a conversation.
  • * Contract types can be combined — for example, a system built under a fixed-price contract can be maintained under a monthly contract after launch.
