Building and maintaining a website for aesthetic clinics, and developing a web ordering system

Background

For a business that serves aesthetic clinics, a website that accurately communicates its services is essential. Even after launch, content updates and bug fixes keep coming.

In addition, when taking orders for products whose prices differ from clinic to clinic, checking prices, confirming orders, and re-compiling the data tend to take a lot of effort.

What we did

We built the website around 2024, and after launch we took on its operation and maintenance.

As the next step, in 2026 we began developing a web ordering system in which each clinic can order at the prices set for it, and the supplier can confirm the order details and export them as CSV. Because the same people who have worked on the account since the website build are in charge, development can draw on the full history.

Result

A relationship that began with a website build has grown, through post-launch maintenance, into business system development.
